We are now looking for a Nurse who wants to take a place in a team that dares to test new things while caring for quality, patient safety, and employee joy.

In this role, you will meet patients in digital channels and, if necessary, in the physical room.

You will work closely with colleagues from several professions and contribute to shaping clear working methods where technology helps us prioritize correctly, reduce lead times, and create better follow-ups.

Together, we develop flows that are easy for the patient to understand and efficient for the team – from the first contact to follow-up and self-care support.

We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in their skills, and enjoys when ideas can quickly be turned into improvements. You like to work structured with data as your compass – not to chase numbers, but to see that our work makes a difference. You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential in AI support, standardized care programs, and uniform documentation. Above all, you want to contribute to a care system where the patient's experience and outcomes are at the center.
